Senior Software Engineer in Test

  • Engineering

Have you ever taken it personally when a website sent you down the wrong path, or behaved in a way that, you, the user didn’t understand? Do you wrinkle your nose in distaste when a web form isn’t intuitive? Would you like to give the people responsible for those bugs a long but judiciously worded treatise on human computer interaction? Do you love helping people to be better in a non-judgmental way that recognizes how hard their job is?

If you’re motivated by a need for things to be correct, and relish an attention to detail that makes you a kind of tough pill to swallow we’d love to hear from you. We’ve built a tool that is attempting to straddle the line between very different user bases. We have also adopted an approach to quality that puts the onus on our development team to deliver a bug-free product. We believe that shifting left doesn’t negate the need for a tester, but instead requires testers to level up.

We need you to help our developers feel confident that the code they’re releasing won’t bring down the entire app. While they’re focused on building something awesome, we want you to focus on how it interacts with all the other awesome things they’ve built. You would help to craft processes that identify failures sooner, and enable our creators to head them off faster.
